The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM and the 2/17/10 minutes were approved.
A “thank you” letter from DPH commissioner John Auerbach for local BOH response to H1N1 was received and appreciated.
Information on three seminars was shared with members.
A Soil Suitability Assessment for 34 Berkshire Road (Map 204 lot 176) was approved.
An Application for Disposal System Construction Permit at 31 Western Avenue (Map 211 lot 87) was approved.
A letter from Erin Kirchner states that a percolation test at 92 Will Scarlet (Map 216 lot 413) failed. Therefore “the only feasible option is to have a tight tank installed.”
The Board concurs.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
